The invention provides a sheet post-processing device and an image formation system. The sheet post-processing device (2) can be minimized in left and right directions, and is mounted in an image forming apparatus that includes a scanning unit and a printing section; the scanning unit is located under the printing section with a space therebetween. In the sheet post-processing device, a plurality of sheets discharged from a discharge roller (7) of the printing unit are loaded page by page, and are contained in a swinging disc (22); sheet beams on the swinging disc (22) are bond through a bonding mechanism (103); when an end section (22c) on the side of the discharge roller (7) is raised with a support shaft (22b) of the swinging disc (22) as a center to be a horizontal state, a CD datum plate (12) capable of moving in front and rear directions can move to a front side of the device, and sends the bond sheets loaded on a rear processing disc (11) in a horizontal state to a front side disc (51) which is closer to the front side of the device than the rear processing disc (11) to be contained on the front side disc (51). |
