The purpose of the present invention is to provide an operational feedback generation device such that a haptic driving force can be accurately transmitted and the sensitivity to a delicate and fine touch can be improved. Provided is an operational feedback generation device that comprises an operation unit operated by a user, an actuator for generating a haptic driving force in response to manipulation of the operation unit, and a driving shaft for coupling the operation unit and the actuator, and allows a user to feel the actual sense of operation by transmitting the haptic driving force generated by the actuator in response to the manipulation of the operation unit to the operation unit through the driving shaft, wherein the device has a configuration where: a stator and a mover included in the actuator are relatively displaced with one inserted into the other in order to generate the haptic driving force; the mover and the operation unit are coupled by the driving shaft; and the central axes of the stator, mover, and driving shaft are arranged on the same axis.
