The invention relates to a rotating sprinkler consisting of an assembly of parts that allow the speed of rotation to be adjustable, for which purpose it is characterised in that the inner body of said assembly has a reservoir that can be filled with a speed-adjusting resin or polymer, and a rotating shaft having a plurality of blades at different levels with which more or less friction can be produced upon contact with the resin, thereby increasing or reducing the speed of rotation, without affecting either the effective irrigation reach or the irrigation flow.
