The present invention is provided with: an intake duct connecting, via a pipeline, an airborne droplet scattering location to a recovery tank; a suctioning/exhaust device by which an airborne-droplet-containing gas from the location where the airborne drops were scattered is taken into the intake duct; an exhaust duct connecting, via a pipeline, the recovery tank to the location where the airborne drops were scattered or to the exterior thereof; and a suctioning/exhaust device for drawing the gas in the upper part of the recovery tank into the exhaust duct and discharging the gas. The recovery tank makes it possible to accommodate a liquid in the interior thereof and produce air bubbles on the liquid surface. The exit of the intake duct is disposed close to the liquid surface of the liquid such that airborne droplets discharged from the exit are captured by the air bubbles, and the captured airborne droplets are recovered upon settling into the liquid. |
