METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MONITORING STATUS OF CDN NODE

The aim of the present application is to provide a technique for monitoring a status of a CDN node. By acquiring status detection information about a corresponding CDN node at a slave device end, detection status change information about the CDN node is determined according to the obtained status detection information and node status information corresponding to the CDN node; a master device end determines comprehensive status change information about the CDN node according to one or more pieces of detection status change information sent by the slave device; and the node status information is updated when the comprehensive status change information is "changed". Compared with the prior art, the present application effectively reduces the influence of a misjudgement of a single-point detection on CDN node status, thereby improving the accuracy of monitoring the CDN node status. In addition, with the present application, a slave device can also be deployed in a network or a network segment where a monitored CDN node is located, thereby effectively reducing the influence on an accuracy rate of single-point detection due to network time delay or condition jitter.
