The invention relates to a waste-heat utilisation assembly of an internal combustion engine, comprising a working circuit that conducts a working fluid, wherein a feed pump, an evaporator, an expansion machine and a condenser are arranged in the working circuit in the direction of flow of the working fluid. In said working circuit, a high-pressure region is formed between the feed pump and the expansion machine, and a low-pressure region is formed between the expansion machine and the feed pump. The evaporator is also arranged in an exhaust tract of the internal combustion engine. An exhaust by-pass channel is arranged in said exhaust tract, parallel to the evaporator. A first pressure sensor is arranged in the high-pressure region.
