The dispenser has a standing surface (16), a cutting edge and a retainer for a roller of a rolled-up adhesive tape. A reversibly adhering adhesive pad (17) is formed at a surface of the standing surface. The adhesive pad has an adhesive surface for holding the adhesive pad to the standing surface and another adhesive surface for fixing the dispenser to an external surface, where the latter adhesive surface is smaller than the former adhesive surface. The latter adhesive surface partially covers the former adhesive surface in a direction normal to the standing surface. |
