本发明提供一种微波加热活化Ni/AC催化剂的方法,包括如下步骤:制备Ni/AC催化剂前驱体;焙烧;微波辐射。本发明利用AC的吸收微波产生共振发热的原理,为反应提供热的同时,由于微波对AC的共振效果,对金属镍的分散以及其粒径和孔径的影响,使催化剂的比表面积更大,活性组分分散更为均匀,催化活性更高。

一种微波加热活化Ni/AC催化剂的方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:1)焙烧:将Ni/AC催化剂前驱体放置于马弗炉中450℃焙烧4h,得到负载于AC上的氧化态的镍;2)微波辐射:将1)中得到的物质在氢气存在下,氢气流速为60‑100mL/min,在微波辐射下升温至350‑500℃还原2‑4h,冷却后得到Ni/AC催化剂;步骤2)中,微波辐射功率为1‑1.5kW。
