PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately predict a power load within any arbitrary distribution section of a distribution system.SOLUTION: An operation probability model storage part 120 for each mode stores a model for each mode and for each time regarding each machine type. A power consumption model storage part 130 for each mode stores a model for each mode regarding each machine type. An operation device count estimation part 220 for each mode estimates the number of operation devices for each machine type and for each mode regarding one distribution section on the basis of the estimated number of devices for each machine type within one distribution section included in a plurality of distribution sections forming the distribution system and the model stored in the operation probability model storage part 120 for each mode. A power consumption estimation part 230 for each mode estimates power consumption for each machine type and for each mode on the basis of the number of operation devices estimated by the operation device count estimation part 220 for each mode and the model stored in the power consumption model storage part 130 for each mode. |
