The method comprises layer-wise constructing a component with a component feedthrough together with a building element by a generative manufacturing method, forming an interstice between the component feedthrough of the component and the building element, forming (S1) a retaining structure at the building element and/or the component for positioning the component feedthrough of the component in a predetermined position, and forming a structure rib between the component feedthrough of the component and the building element. The method comprises layer-wise constructing a component with a component feedthrough together with a building element by a generative manufacturing method, forming an interstice between the component feedthrough of the component and the building element, forming (S1) a retaining structure at the building element and/or the component for positioning the component feedthrough of the component in a predetermined position, forming a structure rib between the component feedthrough of the component and the building element, partially filling the interstice between the component feedthrough of the component and the building element with an insulation material, and forming the building element at one or both ends of the component with a terminal section and/or a mounting flange, where the terminal section and/or the mounting flange comprises a large cross-section or a large diameter as the component feedthrough of the component. The component is formed as the aerodynamic rib of a turbine exhaust casing of a gas turbine of an aircraft engine. The building elements are separated from one another, and are formed as a common component part. An independent claim is included for a component. |
