PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of carrying a base material in a skew, due to being unable to eliminate a tension difference in the width direction caused by twisting the base material by 90°, in a relatively small-sized horizontal pulling type transfer tool.SOLUTION: The transfer tool 1 has a passage for twistingly carrying a transfer tape so as to be orthogonal to a shaft of a sending-out shaft part 3 and a winding shaft part 4, and guide pins 3A and 4A are respectively provided in the vicinity on a carrying passage of a base material of the sending-out shaft part 3 and the winding shaft part 4, and a distance up to the guide pin 4A via the tip of a transfer part 5 from the guide pin 3A is set to 70-120 mm, and at least one of the sending-out side and the winding side of the carrying passage of the transfer tape is provided with a deflector wall 5A orthogonal to a plane of the base material in the transfer part 5 and inclined in a downward gradient from the other end on one end in the width direction of the carrying passage of the transfer part 5. |
