The invention relates to a manufacture method of a reactive epoxy carboxylate compound, a resin composition containing the same and a cured product thereof. The invention aims to provide a resin composition which can obtain a cured film with excellent curing performance, flexibility, tenacity and electric reliability. The manufacture method of a reactive epoxy carboxylate compound (A) comprises the step that epoxy resin (a) containing more than two epoxy groups in one molecule, a compound (b) containing more than one polymerizable olefinic unsaturated group and more than one carboxyl in one molecule and, according to demand, a compound (c) containing more than two hydroxys and more than one carboxyl in one molecule react at the presence of trimethylglycine. A manufacture method of a reactive epoxy carboxylate compound (A') comprises the step that epoxy resin (a) containing more than two epoxy groups in one molecule, a compound (b) containing more than one polymerizable olefinic unsaturated group and more than one carboxyl in one molecule and a compound (c) containing more than two hydroxys and more than one carboxyl in one molecule react at the presence of trimethylglycine. |
