PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compression forming device of powder capable of manufacturing formed body of high quality having a satisfactory hardness without bringing about damage of a container with a relatively simple device constitution.SOLUTION: A compression forming device 1 includes: a mortar body 11 having a through-port 10 which is extended in the vertical direction and is utilized as a housing space of a container S; an upper pestle 12 which is inserted to the through-port 10 from the upper side in the vertical direction and applies ultrasonic vibrations to powder in the container S in the through-port 10; and a lower pestle 15 which is inserted to the through-port 10 from the lower side in the vertical direction. Therein, the powder can be compressed together with the container S by the upper pestle 12 and the lower pestle 15. The lower pestle 15 is constituted so as to contain a vibrator 16 which can vibrate passively in synchronization with the ultrasonic vibrations of the upper pestle 12 and a characteristic vibration number of the vibrator 16 falls into the range of 99.0 to 99.8% of vibration frequency of the upper pestle 12. |
