PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of effectively using a sophisticated microwave oven according to user's orientation while electric power demand is taken into consideration.SOLUTION: A heating cooker comprises: a heating section 26; a temperature detection section 27; a storage section 24; an input section 25; a display section 21; a control section 31; a transmitting section 23; and a receiving section 22. The storage section 24 stores therein heating profile information in which time information from start of cooking to end of the cooking, an internal temperature or a cooking target temperature, and maximum power consumption information are associated with one another per cooking menu. The control section 31 compares the maximum power consumption information out of the heating profile information corresponding to a cooking menu selected by the input section 25 and used for cooking with total power information of service power information on electric equipment received from an HEMS 11 and home contract power information, and notifies a user whether the user can start cooking with the cooking menu selected by the input section 25 and used for the cooking. |
