The device for yarn separation for a spindle of a spinning and twisting machine includes a shank of the spindle, the whorl (12) positioned on it and the annular body (1) for fastening in the whorl (12) area. The casing surface of the body (1) is provided with the runner grooves (3) having dips (5) located axially parallel to the shank of the spindle and the grooved teeth (4). The annular body (1) has the coaxial recess (7) in the form of an annular groove, whose outer diameter increases on the side facing away from the shank of the spindle, and thereby the grooving (3) is increasingly carved while forming the V-shaped cutting edges (6). The method of production lies in the fact that, firstly, the annular body (1) is provided with the runner grooving (3) on the casing surface, and subsequently the coaxial recess (7) is made in the shape of an annular groove by machining, by means of which the grooving (3) is cut with an increasing outer diameter (3), while forming the V-shaped cutting edges (6). |
