PURPOSE:To prevent a toner from sticking to the surface of a photosensitive layer, occurrence of voids on a flash fixed image, etc. by mixing a styrene-n- butyl acrylate copolymer with a developing toner powder for flash fixing contg. an epoxy resin and a colorant. CONSTITUTION:An intended developing toner powder is obtained by mixing and kneading (A) 100pts.wt. epoxy resin, (B) 10-50pts.wt. styrene-n-butyl acrylate copolymer having 100-150 deg.C softening point, 10,000-100,000 weight average mol.wt., and <=0.5% volatile matter, and (C) a colorant, such as carbon black, and then, pulverizing and classifying the mixture. A preferable epoxy resin is a bisphenol A/epichlorohydrin type epoxy resin having 60-160 deg.C m.p., 1,000-10,000 weight average mol.wt. and contg. <=4wt% bisphenol A glycidyl ether having 0 polymn. degree. |
