PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray generator capable of adjusting a collision position of an electron, which is emitted from a cathode, relative to an anode.SOLUTION: An X-ray generator includes: a cathode 3 emitting an electron 4; an anode 6 generating an X-ray by the collision of the electron 4 emitted from the cathode 3; and an electromagnet 13. The cathode 3 and the anode 6 are arranged inside a vacuum chamber, and the electromagnet 13 is arranged outside the vacuum chamber. A magnetic field generated by the electromagnet 13 is applied to the electron 4 from the outside of the vacuum chamber, and thereby a collision position of the electron 4 relative to the anode 6 can be adjusted. |
