PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bismuth-based glass capable of enhancing photoelectric conversion efficiency of a silicon solar cell having a large effect to enhance fire-through property and making it difficult to form heterogeneous layers in a semiconductor layer and corrode an n-type semiconductor layer.SOLUTION: A glass composition contains, by mass%, BiO60 to 90%, BO0 to 20%, SiO+AlO1 to 30%, TeO0.1 to 30% and is used for a glass for electrode formation of a silicon solar cell. |
