<p>The shaft of a golf club is made of a magnesium-base alloy, particularly one containing 90-96 per cent of magnesium; for example, 95,7 per cent of magnesium, 4 per cent of aluminium, and 0,3 per cent of manganese. In some cases the shaft may be made solid. The invention may be applied to shafts having the external contours described in Specifications 447,270 and 447,319, [both in Group XV].</p> |
