PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft cylinder excellent in design performance and moldability, and to provide a writing material using the shaft cylinder.SOLUTION: In a closed-end shaft cylinder 10 whose one end is opened and the other end is closed, an outer surface does not have a gate mark. The shaft cylinder 10 can be suitably used as the shaft cylinder of the writing material such as an underline pen, a paint marker, an oil-based marker, an aqueous marker, and a ballpoint pen. The shaft cylinder 10 can be applied to the writing material, for instance, a marking pen type writing material. As the constitution of the writing material, the writing material includes a tip shaft, an ink absorber, a relay core, a pen tip, and a cap, besides the shaft cylinder constituting a writing material body. |
