A screen unlocking method, device and electronic apparatus. The method comprises: when receiving an incorrect screen unlocking password for a number of times exceeding a predefined value, providing, to a user, verification question information for use in unlocking a screen by way of verifying information, and assisting the user to respond, according to information recorded in an electronic apparatus, to the verification question information; receiving recorded information responded by the user with respect to the verification question information, and matching the recorded information and the information recorded in the electronic apparatus; and unlocking, when the recorded information matches the information recorded in the electronic apparatus, the screen of the electronic apparatus. |
