METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRE-COMPENSATING FREQUENCY OFFSET

A method and apparatus for pre-compensating a frequency offset. The method comprises: when it is confirmed that a mobile terminal is in a high-speed scenario, configuring a base station transmission mode as TM8; performing frequency offset pre-compensation on a downlink dedicated reference signal (RS) and a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) signal; and sending the downlink dedicated RS and the PDSCH signal after the frequency offset pre-compensation to the mobile terminal.
