A self-learning method for a fan and the fan. The method comprises: in a specific time period, if the time during which a fan is used continuously exceeds a certain threshold, recording variable parameters of the fan during the time period (S101); calculating the number of uses in which combinations of the variable parameters are identical (S102); and setting the variable parameters in the combination of variable parameters being used the most number of times as preset variable parameters for using the fan in the time period (S103). The method and the fan allow the fan to automatically and dynamically adjust the variable parameters on the basis of use habits of a user and, by complying with the habits of the user, obviate for the user the trouble of having to readjust for each use. |
