An elevator balance compensation chain with steel balls comprises chain rings (1), a zinc coating (2), a PVC outer cladding (3) and steel balls (4). The chain rings (1) are interlocked to form a long chain. The zinc coating (2) is adsorbed on the surface of the chain rings (1), and the surface of the zinc coating is smooth, uniform and fine. The PVC outer cladding (3) is uniformly coated on the surface of the zinc coating (2) to keep the form of a metallic chain. The steel balls (4) are uniformly distributed in the PVC outer cladding (3). The elevator balance compensation chain with steel balls can effectively reduce the elevator operation noise, has good softness, is not easy to crack, and has long service life and high strength. |
