The present invention relates to a die assembly for molding a resin insert having sleeves to be inserted into an air intake port of an internal combustion engine. Each sleeve is provided with one intake lead-in port and two intake lead-out ports. The die assembly is provided with an inner mold and an outer mold. The inner mold is provided with an intake lead-in port side die and an intake lead-out port side die which mold an inner peripheral surface of the sleeve while combined together, and which are demolded in opposite directions from each other. The combining of the intake lead-in port side die and the intake lead-out port side die can facilitate the molding of a sleeve having a complex structure and shape.
