[Problem] To propose: a system operation device and method which can reliably operate a system; and a storage medium. [Solution] In a service template, if there exists a component combination having a substantial impact relationship, then one or more property setting rules, which prescribe a value to be set for a specific property value of an impacted component, are managed; a determination is made at the time of creation or updating of the service template as to whether there exists, within the created or updated service template, a component combination which has a substantial impact relationship and to which one of the property setting rules should be applied; and if such a combination exists, the corresponding property setting rule is applied, and a first value prescribed according to the property setting rule is set as the specific property value of the impacted component. |
