Disclosed are an indoor environment monitoring method and an Internet-of-Things terminal. The method comprises: first, an Internet-of-Things terminal obtains state information corresponding to an indoor device; then, detect whether the state information matches with preset normal state information corresponding to the indoor device; at last, send the state information to a mobile terminal when detecting that the state information does not match with the preset normal state information, so that the mobile terminal sends a control command to a control terminal bond with the indoor device, and the control device performs state control on the indoor device. In embodiments of the present invention, an Internet-of-Things terminal may obtain state information corresponding to an indoor device in real time, and send the state information to a mobile terminal, so that the mobile terminal sends a control command to a control terminal bond with the indoor device, and the control terminal performs state control on the indoor device. It can be seen that the embodiments of the present invention can improve the monitoring strength on an indoor environment. |
