PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator capable of preventing contact of a flange portion with an accommodation portion in a state that an operation shaft is displaced to an atmospheric pressure chamber side most, and preventing bimetallic corrosion.SOLUTION: An actuator includes a diaphragm 30 for dividing the inside of a casing 20 into a negative pressure chamber 21a and an atmospheric pressure chamber 22a, a metallic operation shaft 60 axially displaceable according to deformation of the diaphragm 30, a resin shaft guide 70 slidably guiding the operation shaft 60, and a metallic accommodation portion 80 accommodating the shaft guide 70 inside thereof. A flange portion 65 expanded to an outer diameter direction, is disposed on a part at one side of the operation shaft 60 and positioned in the atmospheric pressure chamber 22a, the shaft guide 70 is provided with a resin projection portion 72 projecting to an inner part of the atmospheric pressure chamber 22a from the accommodation portion 80, and the flange portion 65 and the projection portion 72 are kept into contact with each other in a state that the operation shaft 60 is displaced to an atmospheric pressure chamber 22a side most.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
