PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote energy saving while ensuring user-friendliness as a configuration for controlling the power consumption of heat-retaining/heating operation according to a utilization state of a bathroom.SOLUTION: A hot-water-storage water heater includes: a heat pump unit 1; a hot water storage tank 3; a bath heat exchanger 10; a control device 16, and the like, and functions to perform heat-retaining/heating operation for bathtub water. The control device 16 acquires operating information on illumination equipment 32 and a bath heater/dryer 33 arranged in a bathroom 30 from an HEMS controller 40 during the execution of the heat-retaining/heating operation. Based on the acquired operating information, the control device 16 switches the heat-retaining/heating operation to either a normal operation mode or a power-saving operation mode. By doing so, it is possible to suppress power consumption of the heat-retaining/heating operation if a bath is not to be used, and to promote power saving while ensuring user-friendliness. |
