PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device easily applicable for an existing space and capable of suppressing the occurrence of emission unevenness even when the size of a light emitting area is large.SOLUTION: An organic EL device includes an organic EL element 10 comprising a first electrode layer 3, a functional layer 5 and a second electrode layer 6 laminated therein, on a circular substrate 2. When the substrate 2 is viewed in plan, a light emitting region emitting light in whole light lighting time has an inside light emitting region 22 located at the inside and an outside light emitting region 23 located at the outside. The outside light emitting region 23 is annular, and located so as to surround the circumference of the inside light emitting region 22, and an organic EL element 10a located in the inside light emitting region 22 is electrically connected in series to an organic EL element 10b located in the outside light emitting region 23. |
