The present invention provides a method for writing/reading data based on hamming code and an integrated random access memory (IRAM) using the method. Herein, the method for writing data includes: analyzing a received reading/writing instruction to obtain a reading/writing state of the reading/writing instruction; and when it is determined that the reading/writing state is in a writing state, performing error checking and correcting ECC coding on data to be stored that are carried in the reading/writing instruction to generate a corresponding first check code, and storing the data to be stored and the first check code. |
