摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a battery frame molded by a fiber-reinforced resin material to efficiently disperse a collision load even when the collision load is locally input during a lateral collision of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle battery mounting structure 10 includes: a battery frame upper 22 which is disposed at the vehicle body lower side of a floor panel 12 and is made of a fiber-reinforced resin material, the battery frame upper 22 to which a battery 16 is attached; a battery frame lower 24 including a bottom part 25, a side wall part 26 erected in at least vehicle width direction end parts of the bottom part 25, and a protruding part 27 which protrudes from an upper end part of the side wall part 26 to the vehicle width direction outer side and made of the fiber-reinforced resin material, the battery frame lower 24 which forms a battery frame 20 having a closed cross section structure by the protruding part 27 being joined to an outer peripheral part 23 of the battery frame upper 22; and a metal protection member 30 which is provided contacting with or being located close to the protruding part 27 and the side wall part 26 so as to cover at least the protruding part 27 and the side wall part 26.
