PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor decorative sheet and a floor decorative material, excellent in scratch resistance under high-load conditions without worsening impact resistance and contamination resistance.SOLUTION: The floor decorative sheet has at least a transparent resin layer and a surface protecting layer on a substrate sheet. (1) The transparent resin layer is laminated on the lower layer of the surface protecting layer and has a Martens hardness of 20 N/mmor greater, and (2) the surface protecting layer has a layer thickness of 15-40 μm and a Martens hardness of 70-140 N/mm. |
