PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency heating device capable of stopping an inverter circuit at an abnormal operation of a magnetron with certainty even when an abnormality detection circuit goes wrong.SOLUTION: On an inverter circuit substrate (20) mounted with inverter circuits (21, 22, 23) driving a magnetron (30), and an abnormality detection circuit (24), a conductive pattern (26) for a drive signal from an inverter drive circuit (10) and a conductive pattern (27) for an abnormality detection signal outputted from the abnormality detection circuit (24) are formed. A high voltage is generated at the conductive pattern (27) for the abnormality detection signal by an abnormal operation of the magnetron, and discharge occurs from the conductive pattern (27) for the abnormality detection signal to the conductive pattern (26) for the drive signal in a region S where the conductive pattern (27) for the abnormality detection signal and the conductive pattern (26) for the drive signal approach each other, and thereby, the drive signal from the inverter drive circuit (10) is turned off. |
