PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a new cheese production apparatus that can perform temperature control of raw or sterilized milk charged into a vat body in a short time, such as for quickly increasing its temperature to a preferable temperature for sterilization or for quickly decreasing its temperature to a preferable temperature for fermentation, and that can be manufactured at a low cost.SOLUTION: A cheese production apparatus is provided with a jacket body 2 surrounding a vat body 1. Water is injected into a space between the vat body 1 and the jacket body 2 to work as a main heating medium W1, and an auxiliary heating medium passing pipe 52 is arranged in the space to work as a temperature adjusting mechanism 5. The cheese production apparatus is configured to allow an auxiliary heating medium W2 passing through the auxiliary heating medium passing pipe 52 to control the temperature of the main heating medium W1 located between the vat body 1 and the jacket body 2. |
