1. A circuit comprising:
a capacitor; a current source configured to supply a current to the capacitor; a comparator configured to output a result of comparison between a stored voltage in the capacitor and a predetermined voltage; switch circuitry configured to intermittently flow and block the current to the capacitor supplied by the current source; and output circuitry configured to output a voltage, wherein when, as a result of a gradual change in the stored voltage from an initial value along with the intermittent flowing and blocking performed by the switch circuitry, a magnitude relationship between the stored voltage and the predetermined voltage is reversed, the comparator inverts an output between positive logic and negative logic, and wherein before the output of the comparator is inverted, the output circuitry outputs the stored voltage of the capacitor, and after the output of the comparator is inverted, the output circuitry outputs the predetermined voltage.
