The device has a heat ventilation module (14) to produce a pulsated energy flow. A thermal module (12) in a central region of a vehicle interior has an air inlet (28) and air outlets (46d, 46g). A distribution module (16) has an inlet (50) and a distribution unit to distribute energy flow between air outlets (54, 56, 58) opening into chosen regions of the interior. The modules of device are grouped in a horizontal level. The pulsated energy flow produced by the heat ventilation module is crossed by clean pulsated thermal exchangers (32, 36). The inlet of distribution module is connected to the air outlets of thermal module.
