An amusement ride comprises:
a support tower (700, 710);
a track (701) mounted on the support tower (700, 710) having a first bottom rail and a second bottom rail, said bottom rails being substantially parallel to each other;
a first section (712) of the track (701) being mounted on an exterior of the support tower (700, 710), the first section (712) of the track (701) having a variety of orientations and inclines;
a second section (711) of the track (701);
the first and second sections (712, 711) of the track (701) being connected at a top and bottom of the support tower (700, 710) to form the track (701) into a continuous loop such that a plurality of rider carriages (702) that are moveably mounted on the bottom rails can move in a continuous loop on the bottom rails. |
