A card holder and a preparation method thereof, and a mobile terminal. The card holder (10) comprises a card holder base (11), a first insulation layer (12) provided on the card holder base (11) and a second insulation layer (13) covering the first insulation layer (12); the hardness of the first insulation layer (12) is higher than that of the second insulation layer (13). In the above technical solution, the two insulation coating layers are provided on the card holder base (11), thereby the card holder base (11) being protected, and the hardness of the first insulation layer (12) is configured to be higher than that of the second insulation layer (13); when burrs or sharp parts on the card pierce the second insulation layer (13), the burrs or sharp parts can be blocked by the first insulation layer (12) and it is avoided that the burrs pierce the insulation coating layer on the card holder base (11). The insulation property of the card holder is effectively improved, and thereby the mobile terminal is more effective in identifying the card; and the probability is effectively decreased that the card holder is electrically conductive as the insulation coating layer of the card holder is pierced and thereby the mobile terminal can not identify the card. |
