Provided are an HDMI male connector and a cable having said HDMI male connector, the assembly of which is convenient and low-cost, and which belong to the technical field of connectors. The HDMI male connector comprises an outer housing (1); the outer housing (1) is internally provided with a first connecting member (21) and a second connecting member (22), arranged opposite to each other; the first connecting member (21) comprises a first insulating base (211) and a first set of terminals (212) embedded and formed on said first insulating base (211); the second connecting member (22) comprises a second insulating base (221) and a second set of terminals (222) embedded and formed on said second insulating base (221); the outer housing (1) is also internally provided with a plastic center sleeved between the first connecting member (21) and the second connecting member (22), said plastic center comprising a plastic upper cover (31) and a plastic lower cover (32), arranged opposite each other; at least one end of the cable is provided with the described HDMI male connector. |
