Disclosed is a cobalt silicide-containing copper alloy, comprising the following components by weight: 69wt% – 92wt% of copper; 6.5wt% – 30.5wt% of zinc; 0.01wt% – 3wt% of cobalt; 0.01wt% – 0.5wt% of silicon. The sum of the copper and the zinc is greater than 95wt%, and the amount of unavoidable impurities is less than 0.2%. Preferably, the copper alloy contains a copper-zinc α solid solution matrix phase and a CoxSiy precipitated phase, the CoxSiy precipitated phase being dispersed and distributed on the matrix phase, the area percentage of the matrix phase being ≥ 95%, the area ratio of the CoxSiy precipitated phase being 0.01%-5%. |
