Disclosed in the present invention are a method, system, and apparatus for setting up electronic certificates and processing data exchange, the method comprising: a first terminal sends to a second terminal a first request message to receive an electronic certificate; the second terminal responds to the first request message, setting up a second money management server to receive an electronic certificate and setting up a money account stored in the second money management server to receive money of an equivalent value to that of the electronic certificate, and on the basis of the aforementioned set-up, generates a second request message to receive an electronic certificate and sends said second request message to the second money management server; the second money management server responds to the second request message, receives the electronic certificate, and on the basis of the second request message, updates the information of the second money management server and the money account on the electronic certificate. The present invention enables a second terminal to freely set up a server to receive electronic certificates and an account to receive money, such that certificates can be received in more diversified ways, which is beneficial for improving the efficiency of money exchange between two parties. |
