This air-conditioning device is provided with a control device. The control device performs a heating operation by switching a switching valve so that a refrigerant discharged from a compressor flows into an evaporator, causing the compressor and a fan to be driven. After the heating operation, the control device performs a defrosting operation by switching the switching valve so that the refrigerant discharged from the compressor flows into the evaporator, causing the fan to stop. After the lapse of defrosting time, the control device stops the compressor and causes the defrosting operation to finish. After the lapse of stand-by time, the control device performs a cooling operation by maintaining the switching valve in the defrosting operation state and causing the compressor and the fan to be driven. |
