The present invention relates to a modularized remediation system for benthic sediment, characterized by comprising a plurality of modules, each of which has each of individual devices including a particle sorting device, a cleaning reactor tank, an advanced treatment reactor tank, a sedimentation tank, a dewatering device, and a chemical tank, provided within a frame, or has one or more of the individual devices, connected with each other and provided within a frame, wherein the modules are selectively arranged and connected so as to remediate benthic sediment.
