The present invention relates to a clothing treatment device comprising: a tub, in which water is stored; a drum provided inside the tub so as to store clothing; a channel portion provided on the drum so as to provide a water movement path; a stirring portion rotatably provided inside the drum so as to move least a part of the water inside the drum to the channel portion during a rotation; and a filter portion for filtering the water that moves along the channel portion, wherein the filter portion comprises a body for providing an alien substance storing space, an introduction portion for introducing water inside the channel portion into the body, a filter provided on the body so as to filter the water, which has been introduced into the body, and to discharge the same to the drum, and a discharge portion provided on the body so as to discharge water, which is contained in the alien substance, in a tangential direction to the trajectory of rotation of the drum. |
