A multi-function bicycle component which fastens to a bicycle and which is rotatable relative to the bicycle frame to multiple positions to serve as a cargo rack or luggage carrier in a first position and a bicycle stand or kickstand in a second position. The multi-function bicycle component rotates at or near the wheel axis and comprises a rotation preventing assembly which fastens the multi-function bicycle component relative to the bicycle frame in a riding position. When used in conjunction with a folding bike, the multi-function bicycle component also serves as a stand to assist during the folding process, and/or as a stand when the bicycle is in the folded position. The multi-function bicycle component may also include a bicycle fender. |
