The invention solves the problem of obtaining optimum parameters for connecting the dispenser with the elastic surface of the container and maintaining a suitable distance against excessive twisting, which would lead to damage to the protective cap. A dispenser with a protective cap is characterised by the fact that the dispenser body (1) has on its top shelf (4) a set of stopping and spacing elements (11) formed to fit the shape of the fastening-blocking component (10) of the protective cap (6) making up a break-away segment, while the set of stopping and spacing elements (11) has stopping ribs (12), and in the area of the outer edge of the top shelf (4) it has a set of sharp ridges (13), while the fastening-blocking components (10) are located at the opposite arms (16) of the protective cap (6), which at the top part of its edge has profiles (17) in the shape of the stylised letter "M". |
