1. A compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof wherein
R1 is H,R2 is C1-5alkyl optionally substituted with one or more hydroxyl, orR1 and R2, together with the nitrogen to which they are attached, form:(1) a nitrogen containing heterocyclic ring, wherein the heterocyclic ring is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from the group consisting of C1-3alkyl, —CH2—OCH3, halo, and piperazin-1-yl optionally substituted with C1-3alkyl on the nitrogen at the 4 position, or(2) a bicyclic ring system selected from the group consisting of wherein each occurrence of Ra and Rb is independently selected from the group consisting of H, CN, halo, —CH2OCH3, C1-3alkoxyl, and C1-3alkyl optionally substituted with one hydroxy group;R3 and R6 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1-3alkoxyl, —O—C1-3haloalkyl, —O—CH2—C3-6cyclalkyl, halo, and —NRxRy, wherein Rx and Ry are each independently H or C1-3alkyl;R4 and R5 are each independently selected from the group consisting of H, halo, C1-3alkoxy, and C1-3alkyl,R7 is N or CH;R8 is selected from the group consisting of H, CN, C1-3haloalkyl and C1-3alkyl; andR9 is selected from the group consisting of C1-3alkoxyl, C1-3haloalkyl, —O—C1-3haloalkyl, and —O—CH2—C3-6cycloalkyl,with the proviso that the compound of Formula (I) is not N-propyl-4-[[4-[3,3,3-tris(fluoranyl)propyl]-7H-pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidin-2-yl]amino]benzamide. |
