Disclosed are a low VOC polyurethane synthetic leather<b/>and a manufacturing method therefor. The synthetic leather comprises a face layer and a foaming layer. The face layer and the foaming layer are both prepared from double-component polyurethane resin. The double-component polyurethane resin is prepared from a component A and a component B. The component A is a solvent-free hydroxyl mixture resin portion, and the component B is an isocyanate portion. Usages of the component A and the component B are separately calculated by using OH and NCO. A ratio of OH to NCO for the component A and the component B is 2:1 to 1.5. The low VOC polyurethane synthetic leather is manufactured by a casting device by using solvent-free polyurethane resin, and a vacuum suction pattern is used to eliminate limitations of a release paper pattern. The product is environmentally friendly, has low consumption, requires a low investment, and has excellent performance. The present invention greatly transforms and upgrades the synthetic leather industry. |
