The present invention provides a network element grouping method and apparatus, and a communications system. The method comprises: acquiring current events of network elements; and grouping the network elements according to a grouping policy of the network elements and the current events of the network elements. By implementing the present invention, current events of network elements are acquired, and network elements having different current events are grouped according to a grouping policy; because the current events are related to network or service condition of the network elements, the association between network element groups and the current events of the network elements is implemented in the present invention, that is, the present invention provides a dynamically-grouping method, and resolves the problem of the current static grouping failing to be adapted to consistently changing network or service condition. |
